Howe it Started
My journey into wellness began in the kitchen—rooted in a love of baking, creating, and understanding food as both craft and nourishment. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a deeper study of nutrition and performance, shaped in part by my years as a competitive volleyball player.
I entered the University of Pittsburgh with a direct path into their Nutrition and Dietetics program, intending to become a Registered Dietitian. After working within the clinical space, I realized my perspective on health extended beyond its traditional framework.
I transitioned into digital marketing, still anchored in the wellness space, but searching for a more expansive lens. In 2020, I stepped away from certainty and into reinvention—choosing to pursue health coaching and relocate to a new city on my own.
That same year, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied holistic nutrition, bio-individuality, and the broader influences that shape well-being. The experience refined my approach and clarified my voice.
In 2022, I moved to San Diego, where I now live and continue to explore modern holistic health through food, ritual, and intentional living.
My Approach
My philosophy of wellness is rooted in simplicity, intention, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit. True health is bio-individual—what works for one person may not work for another.
Through thoughtfully curated content, I aim to inspire a more intuitive and personalized approach to well-being. From daily rituals to nourishing recipes and travel, I share what it looks like to live well—on your own terms.
